Slovenian IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Slovenian proxies on real home broadband and on the three largest mobile networks: Telekom Slovenije, A1 and Telemach. Point our Slovenia proxies at Ljubljana, Maribor, Celje, Koper or any of 25 cities and towns in all 12 statistical regions, with rotating or sticky sessions.
Pay per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Slovenia proxy type
Two ways to get a Slovenian IP address
Rotating residential
A residential Slovenia proxy server on real home broadband, from Ljubljana and Maribor to Koper and Murska Sobota. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.si.
- Municipality, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
A Slovenia mobile proxy on Telekom Slovenije, A1 or Telemach SIM cards, the country’s three largest mobile networks. Best for social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Municipality, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Slovenia. The nearest static locations are two neighbours, Italy and Austria, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Slovenian IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Slovenia either.
Slovenia at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results on Google.si, prices at Mimovrste and Big Bang, listings on Bolha.com, Nepremiฤnine.net and Avto.net, and the ads shown to Slovenian users all depend on where a request comes from. An Austrian, Italian or Croatian IP often gets a different storefront, language, delivery options or VAT.
Slovenian sites also check the network. Several of the largest refuse plain scripted requests outright, and data centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away. A Telekom Slovenije, A1 or Telemach connection looks like an ordinary Slovenian customer, because it is one.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 2.14 million (1 January 2026) | A small market, so precise municipality, town and ISP targeting matters more than raw volume. |
| Regions | 12 statistical regions, 212 municipalities (obฤine), 12 of them urban municipalities | Our region level for Slovenia is the municipality: 32 can be targeted, spread over all 12 statistical regions. |
| Largest cities | Ljubljana, the capital, with about 293,000 residents (1 January 2026), followed by Maribor | Delivery options, local results and ads in Ljubljana can differ from Maribor or a coastal town. |
| Currency | Euro (EUR) since 1 January 2007 | Prices are in euros, but VAT, delivery fees and promotions are set per country, not per currency. |
| VAT | 22% standard rate; 9.5% reduced rate; 5% for books and newspapers | Gross prices shown to Slovenian visitors differ from those shown in Austria, Italy, Hungary or Croatia. |
| Language & script | Slovene, Latin alphabet with ฤ, ลก and ลพ; Italian and Hungarian are also official in the ethnically mixed areas | Slovene queries, local SERPs and ads only show up properly from Slovenian IPs, and ฤ, ลก and ลพ change what a search matches. |
| Online life | 94% of households online; 92% of people aged 16โ74 used the internet (first quarter of 2025) | Nearly every Slovenian adult is online, so marketplace, price and SERP data is worth tracking closely. |
| Mobile networks | Telekom Slovenije, Telemach and A1 run the three national mobile networks; T-2 is a smaller fourth operator (2026) | The three largest networks are in our mobile pool, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Slovenian subscriber. |
| EU & Schengen | EU member since 1 May 2004; Schengen since 21 December 2007 | GDPR applies, and EU geo-restricted content treats Slovenian IPs as fully European. |

What our Slovenia coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Most providers list Slovenia as a single country checkbox. Here you can run a proxy Slovenia-wide or pin a session to a municipality, town or network, using the same API our dashboard uses.
32 municipalities in all 12 statistical regions
The region level for Slovenia is the municipality (obฤina), not the statistical region: 32 of the 212 can be targeted, with at least one in each of the 12 statistical regions, from Koper on the coast to Murska Sobota in Prekmurje. 11 of the 12 urban municipalities are covered; Krลกko is the exception. Ajdovลกฤina, Kobarid, HoฤeโSlivnica, Kriลพevci, Ormoลพ, Postojna and Slovenske Konjice can be targeted as municipalities, although none of them has a separate city target.
All 25 targetable cities and towns
Every city in the API, from the capital to Alpine Bled and Bovec, the spa town of Rogaลกka Slatina and Koper on the Adriatic:
Central Slovenia and Upper Carniola
Styria, Carinthia and Prekmurje
Primorska, the Sava valley and the south-east
Mobile carriers
These are the three operators that run Slovenia’s national mobile networks. T-2, the smaller fourth mobile operator, is not in our mobile pool at the moment; its home broadband connections are covered on the residential side. Smaller mobile brands in Slovenia resell service on these same networks.
Fixed-line ISPs
All four national broadband operators are covered: Telekom Slovenije, Telemach, T-2 and A1 Slovenija. Behind them come two smaller networks: KRS, a cable and fibre operator in Styria (Ruลกe, Selnica ob Dravi, Slovenske Konjice), and SoftNET, based in Trzin near Ljubljana. That gives 6 Slovenian networks you can target by name.
Why the network mix matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from, and a pool built on one big provider is easy to spot. IPs on all four national broadband networks plus a regional cable operator make your traffic look like ordinary Slovenian households.
What teams use Slovenian proxies for
Common workloads on our Slovenian network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery fees at Mimovrste, Big Bang and Merkur exactly as Slovenian shoppers see them, with 22% Slovenian VAT included.
Price comparison data
Collect offers and price histories from Ceneje.si as a local visitor, then set them against Austrian, Italian and Croatian storefronts.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.si rankings, map packs and ads in Slovene from Ljubljana, Maribor or Koper, instead of a generic EU location.
Property & classifieds data
Collect listings from Nepremiฤnine.net, Avto.net and Bolha.com to follow rents, house prices and used-car values town by town.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Slovenia render on news portals such as 24ur.com and RTV SLO, in Slovene, and catch fraud before it burns budget.
Social media management
Run Slovenian accounts from mobile IPs on Telekom Slovenije, A1 or Telemach, so logins look like a local phone rather than a server.

Free Slovenia proxy lists vs paid Slovenian proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Slovenian sites
Search for a free Slovenia proxy server or a Slovenia proxy list and you will find a few entries, mostly open servers already abused by thousands of users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Slovenian sites you want to reach.
| Free Slovenia proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Slovenian proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Slovenian homes and Telekom Slovenije, A1 and Telemach SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Slovenian sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Municipality, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Slovenia proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Slovenian proxy (SI proxy)?
A Slovenian proxy server, also called a Slovenia proxy or SI proxy, gives you a Slovenian IP address so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Slovenia residential proxy routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on Telekom Slovenije, Telemach, T-2 or A1 instead of a data centre, so it is far less likely to be blocked.
Can I target specific Slovenian regions, cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target 32 municipalities spread over all 12 statistical regions, 25 cities and towns from Ljubljana and Maribor to Koper and Novo mesto, and 6 local ISPs, including Telekom Slovenije, Telemach, T-2 and A1 Slovenija. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. The statistical regions themselves are not separate targets: choose a municipality or a city within them.
Do you offer Slovenia mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on Telekom Slovenije, A1 Slovenija and Telemach, the three national mobile networks. T-2, the smaller fourth operator, is not in the mobile pool at the moment.
Do you have Slovenia datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Slovenian IPs. For a long-lived Slovenian IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile. If a fixed IP next door works for you, static residential IPs are sold in Italy and Austria.
How much do Slovenia proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. Slovenian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Slovenia proxy IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same Slovenia proxy IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is there a free Slovenia proxy list that works?
Free Slovenia proxy lists are short, and many entries are not in Slovenia at all or stop working within hours. The rest are open servers shared with strangers, blocked on major Slovenian sites and run by operators who can log your traffic. Fine for a one-off glance at a public page; for real work, a paid residential proxy is far more reliable.
Is using a proxy in Slovenia legal?
Proxies themselves are legal in Slovenia and across the EU. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and follow the GDPR and Slovenia’s Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) when you collect personal data.
