Real Zimbabwe IPs from Harare to Mutare
Zimbabwean proxies on real home and mobile connections in seven of the country’s ten provinces, from Harare and Bulawayo to Manicaland and the Midlands. Our Zimbabwe proxies give you a genuine Zimbabwe IP address in Harare, Bulawayo or Mutare on eight networks, including Liquid Home, TelOne and NetOne, with rotating or sticky sessions over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5.
Priced per GB, not per IP: residential from $1.50/GB, mobile from $2.00/GB. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Zimbabwe proxy type
Two ways to get a Zimbabwe IP address
Rotating residential
A Zimbabwe proxy server on real home and office connections from eight networks, including Liquid Home, TelOne and AINet, in six provinces and three cities. Best for price monitoring, SERP tracking and data collection from Zimbabwean sites.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Zimbabwe mobile proxy IPs on NetOne and on TelOne’s LTE network, the two carriers in our Zimbabwe mobile pool, targetable in Harare and Bulawayo and in four provinces. Best for social media, app testing and strict anti-bot systems.
- Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Zimbabwe or in any nearby country; use a sticky session to hold the same Zimbabwe IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Zimbabwe at the moment.
Zimbabwe at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Many of the sites people in Zimbabwe use every day, from Classifieds.co.zw and Property.co.zw to OK Zimbabwe’s online shop, are built for a local audience. Search results, ads and prices can differ from what a searcher in Johannesburg or London is shown, and a request from a data centre abroad is more likely to get a generic page or a block.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 15,178,979 at the 2022 census | A large market, so it pays to know exactly which provinces, cities and networks a pool reaches. |
| Capital | Harare; Harare province had 2,427,209 people in 2022, the most of any province | Harare is where you can pick seven of the eight residential networks and both mobile carriers. |
| Provinces | Ten, including the two metropolitan provinces of Harare and Bulawayo | Seven of the ten can be targeted on residential, mobile or both. |
| Currency | Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG, code ZWG), issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe since April 2024; the US dollar is also in everyday use | Zimbabwean sites may quote prices in US dollars, ZiG or both, so collect prices from the local version of a site. |
| Languages | The Constitution recognises 16 languages, including English, Shona and Ndebele | Most commercial sites are in English, so the IP address, not the language, decides whether you get the Zimbabwean version. |
| Mobile networks | Econet, NetOne and Telecel | NetOne is in our mobile pool, together with TelOne’s LTE network; Econet and Telecel are not in the pool yet. |
| Country domain | .zw, with .co.zw for companies | Sites such as classifieds.co.zw, property.co.zw and vacancymail.co.zw serve their local audience from .zw addresses. |

What our Zimbabwe proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Whether you run one proxy Zimbabwe-wide or pin a session to a province, a city or a network, here is exactly what you can target today, taken from the same API our dashboard uses. Residential and mobile reach different parts of the country, so we list them separately.
6 Zimbabwe provinces on residential, 4 on mobile
Residential IPs can be targeted in six provinces:
Mobile IPs can be targeted in four provinces:
Together that is seven of Zimbabwe’s ten provinces. Matabeleland North, home to Victoria Falls and Hwange, is on mobile only. Mashonaland West, Masvingo and Matabeleland South cannot be selected as a region today, and we do not list them as covered. A country-level session draws on the whole Zimbabwe pool.
3 targetable Zimbabwe cities
These are the three cities the API returns for Zimbabwe: the capital, Harare; Bulawayo, the second city; and Mutare, the provincial capital of Manicaland, in the east. All three work on residential, and Harare and Bulawayo also on mobile. In the other covered provinces, sessions are set at region level.
Zimbabwe mobile proxy carriers
Our mobile pool covers NetOne and TelOne, whose mobile IPs come from its LTE network. Both can be chosen in Harare, and TelOne also in Bulawayo. Econet and Telecel, the other mobile operators listed by the regulator POTRAZ, are not in our mobile pool yet, so we do not list them as carriers.
Zimbabwe ISPs in the residential pool
Residential IPs come from eight networks: Liquid Home, the home broadband brand formerly known as ZOL, and Liquid Intelligent Technologies; TelOne; the internet provider AINet; satellite connections from Starlink and Skylogic; and networks registered to CABS and the University of Zimbabwe. Seven of the eight can be targeted in Harare; Bulawayo has the two Liquid networks, and Mutare has Liquid Home.
Honest counts, real addresses. Three cities will not suit a job that needs local IPs in every Zimbabwean town. The pool does give you Harare on seven home networks and two mobile carriers, plus Bulawayo, Mutare and seven provinces.

Free Zimbabwe proxy lists vs paid Zimbabwean proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Zimbabwean sites
Search for a free Zimbabwe proxy and you will find a handful of entries at best. Most are open servers already used by thousands of people; they go offline within hours, are often in South Africa or further away rather than in Zimbabwe, and are blocked by the sites and apps you want to reach.
| Free Zimbabwe proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Zimbabwe proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Zimbabwean homes and offices, and NetOne and TelOne mobile connections |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best, and often wrong | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, carrier, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Zimbabwe proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Zimbabwe proxy (ZW proxy)?
A Zimbabwe proxy, or Zimbabwe proxy server, gives you a Zimbabwe IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Zimbabwe. A residential or mobile proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real home or mobile connection on networks such as Liquid Home, TelOne or NetOne instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be blocked.
How do I get a Zimbabwe IP address?
Start the $1.97 trial, set the country to Zimbabwe (ZW) in the dashboard and connect your tool to the endpoint it generates. Every request then leaves from a Zimbabwean residential or mobile IP. You can narrow it down to a province, one of three cities or a specific network.
Can I target regions, cities or ISPs in Zimbabwe?
Yes. Residential IPs can be targeted in six provinces and three cities: Harare, Bulawayo and Mutare. Mobile IPs can be targeted in four provinces and in Harare and Bulawayo. ISP or carrier, ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint targeting come at no extra charge.
Do you offer Zimbabwe mobile proxies?
Yes, on NetOne and TelOne’s LTE network. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block. Mobile IPs can be targeted in Harare, Bulawayo, Mashonaland East and Matabeleland North. Econet and Telecel mobile IPs are not in the pool yet.
Do you have datacenter or static IPs in Zimbabwe?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Zimbabwe IPs. For a long-lived Zimbabwe IP address, use a sticky session on residential or mobile.
How much do Zimbabwe proxies cost?
Rotating residential costs $3.50 for 1 GB on Pay As You Go and as little as $1.50/GB on larger plans; rotating mobile costs $4.50 for 1 GB, down to $2.00/GB. Plans are billed in US dollars, per GB rather than per IP, and Zimbabwe targeting is included. You can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Zimbabwe IP address?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same Zimbabwe IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Is there a free Zimbabwe proxy that works?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no: free lists for Zimbabwe are short, slow, often flagged and may not be in Zimbabwe at all, and their operators may log your traffic.
Is using a proxy in Zimbabwe legal?
Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service, and follow the data protection rules that apply whenever you collect personal data.
