Poland at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Most of what happens online in Poland is local. Rankings on Google.pl, prices on Allegro and Ceneo, listings on OLX, Otodom and Otomoto, and the ads served to Polish users all depend on where the request comes from. A German or Czech IP gets a different page, often with different prices in a different currency.
Polish sites also check what kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, traffic from a data centre is flagged as a bot straight away. Traffic from an Orange or Play connection looks like an ordinary Polish customer, because that is what it is.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 37.2 million (end of June 2026) | A large, spread-out market, so city and ISP targeting picks up real differences between Warsaw, Silesia and small towns. |
| Online shopping | 69.7% of people aged 16–74 bought online in 2025 | Most Polish adults now shop online, so marketplace and comparison-site data is worth tracking closely. |
| Home internet | 96.2% of households online; 78.2% use mobile broadband, 70.3% fixed (2025) | Mobile data is an everyday way Polish homes get online, so mobile IPs blend in with normal traffic. |
| Currency | Polish złoty (PLN), not the euro | Polish shops price in złoty; a foreign IP can get euro prices or a different offer. |
| Language & script | Polish, Latin alphabet with ą, ć, ę, ł, ń, ó, ś, ź, ż | Local SERPs, reviews and social feeds only show up properly for Polish IPs and locale settings. |
| Mobile networks | Play, Orange, T-Mobile, Plus; 67.2 million active SIM cards (end of 2025) | All four national networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Polish subscriber. |
| EU & Schengen | EU member since 1 May 2004; Schengen since 21 December 2007 | GDPR applies, and EU geo-restricted content treats Polish IPs as fully European. |

What our Poland coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Most providers list Poland as a single country checkbox. Here you can pin a session to the voivodeship, city and network your target cares about. This is the targeting available today, pulled from the same API our dashboard uses.
All 16 voivodeships
Coverage is complete at regional level: every one of Poland’s 16 voivodeships (województwa) can be targeted on its own.
247 targetable cities and towns
Coverage goes well beyond Warsaw and Kraków. Silesian industrial towns, Baltic resorts, mountain towns and small county seats can each be targeted on their own. Here are 64 of them:
Baltic resorts such as Kołobrzeg and Świnoujście and mountain towns such as Wisła and Nowy Targ can each be targeted separately, which helps with travel and hotel price checks.
Mobile carriers
These are all four of Poland’s national mobile networks. Sub-brands such as nju mobile (Orange), Heyah (T-Mobile) and Plush (Plus), and most virtual operators, run on the same four networks.
Fixed-line ISPs
More than 140 Polish networks can be targeted by name. The national operators are covered — Orange Polska (including Neostrada and Orange Światłowód), Netia, Vectra, T-Mobile Polska, Play, Cyfrowy Polsat and Exatel — alongside cable and regional carriers such as Inea, Toya, Asta-Net, Korbank, Sferanet, Oxylion, Tel-Kab and Telewizja Kablowa Koszalin, plus housing-cooperative networks, academic networks such as Cyfronet AGH and Starlink satellite connections.
Why the long tail matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from, and a pool drawn from two or three big providers is easy to spot. Poland’s broadband market is unusually fragmented — the telecoms regulator counts more than 2,600 telecom businesses — so a pool that mixes an Orange line in Warsaw with a small cable operator in Koszalin looks like ordinary Polish households.
What teams use Polish proxies for
Common workloads on our Polish network
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Track Google.pl rankings, map packs and ads from Warsaw, Kraków or Poznań instead of a generic EU location. A Poland SEO proxy shows the results Polish searchers actually get.
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery fees on Allegro, Ceneo and Empik exactly as Polish shoppers see them, in złoty.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns targeted at Poland actually render, in Polish, on the placements you paid for, and catch fraud before it burns budget.
Social media management
Run Polish accounts from mobile IPs on Orange, Play, Plus or T-Mobile, or pin each account to its own static residential IP.
Property & auto market research
Collect listings and asking prices from Otodom, Otomoto and OLX at scale without CAPTCHAs or geo-blocks.
Jobs & classifieds data
Follow salary ranges and hiring trends on Pracuj.pl and OLX by city, from Warsaw to smaller regional job markets.
Rankings on Google.pl shift between cities, so a Polish residential SEO proxy lets you check a keyword from Gdańsk and again from Katowice instead of guessing from one national average.

Free Poland proxy lists vs paid Polish proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Polish sites
Free Poland proxy lists are easy to find, but most entries are open servers already scanned and abused by thousands of other users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Polish sites you want to reach.
| Free Poland proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Polish proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Polish homes and Orange, Play, Plus and T-Mobile SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating, sticky or static IPs |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Polish sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Voivodeship, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Poland proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Polish proxy (PL proxy)?
A Polish proxy, or PL proxy, gives you a Polish IP address so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Poland residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Polish household’s connection, so websites see a genuine local visitor on a network like Orange or Netia instead of a data centre.
Can I target specific Polish cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target all 16 voivodeships, 247 cities and towns, and more than 140 local ISPs, including Orange Polska, Netia, Vectra and Inea. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter and static residential proxies are targeted at country level.
Do you offer Poland mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on all four Polish networks: Orange, Play, Plus and T-Mobile. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Can I use a Poland proxy for SEO and rank tracking?
Yes. Point your rank tracker at a Polish residential proxy to see Google.pl results, local map packs and ads the way searchers in a given city see them. Use a new IP per request for large keyword sets, or a sticky session when a tool needs to page through results from the same IP.
How much do Poland proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Static residential IPs cost $3.50 for a single IP and go down to $2.00 per IP a month at 2,000 IPs. Polish targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Do you have Polish datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Polish IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites.
Can I keep the same Polish IP?
Yes, in two ways. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions that hold the same Polish IP across requests. For a permanently fixed IP, static residential proxies give you a dedicated Polish IP for the whole month, with traffic included.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Why not use a free Poland proxy?
Free proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites, and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. For anything work-related, a paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.
Is using a proxy legal in Poland?
Proxies themselves are legal in Poland and across the EU. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service and GDPR when collecting personal data.
