Latin American residential proxies give you IP addresses from real home and mobile connections in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South America, so websites, marketplaces and apps treat your requests as coming from local users. ProxyEmpire covers 33 locations across the region with residential proxies, and 32 with mobile proxies, with state and city targeting in the largest markets. This hub lists every location with the proxy types available there and links to its country page. For the rest of the world, see all proxy locations.

Which Proxy Type Is Best for Latin America?
Match the IP to the job| Proxy type | Coverage in the region | Targeting | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rotating residential | 33 locations | Country, region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN at no extra cost | Scraping, price checks, SEO, ad verification |
| Rotating mobile | 32 locations | Country, region, city, carrier | Apps, messaging and social platforms, mobile-first sites |
| Datacenter | 12 locations | Country | Fast, low-cost tasks where IP type does not matter |
| Static residential | Brazil | Country | Accounts and logins that need the same IP for weeks |
Datacenter proxies are available in Mexico, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela. Outside Brazil, a sticky session on rotating residential or mobile proxies keeps the same IP until you rotate it or the device behind it goes offline. Residential pricing starts at $3.50 per GB pay-as-you-go and falls to $1.50 per GB on larger plans, and unused bandwidth rolls over.
Mexico, Brazil and Argentina are three markets with three currencies, two languages and different search results. Target each one on its own.
What Latin American Proxies Are Used For
Local results in every market- E-commerce and marketplace monitoring. Regional marketplaces run separate sites per country, with local prices, installment offers, shipping costs and sellers. See our e-commerce scraping proxies.
- Price monitoring across currencies. Track prices in reais, pesos, soles and other local currencies as local shoppers see them. See price monitoring.
- SEO and SERP tracking. Spanish-language results differ between Mexico, Colombia and Argentina, and Brazil searches in Portuguese. See proxies for SEO.
- Ad verification. Check campaigns by country, language and city, on web and in apps. See ad verification proxies.
- Travel data. Fares and hotel rates change with the visitor’s country and currency. See travel fare aggregation.
- Social media and app testing. Mobile IPs from local carriers show apps and social platforms as users in each market see them. See social media proxies.
Why each market needs its own IP
Prices in the region are not just a number. Brazilian retailers commonly show a price split into monthly installments next to the cash price, and Mexican retailers advertise interest-free monthly payment plans. Shipping costs, taxes and delivery promises depend on the state or city in the address, and many sites use the visitor’s IP to pre-select the country, currency and language before any address is entered. A scraper running from the wrong country collects the wrong offer, or none at all.
The Caribbean adds another layer. Puerto Rico uses the US dollar and many US retailers treat it as a domestic destination, while neighbouring islands have their own currencies, carriers and storefronts, or are served from a regional site. Checking prices, ads or app content from a proxy on the island itself removes the guesswork.

Data Protection and Local Rules
Collect public data responsiblySeveral Latin American countries have comprehensive data protection laws, among them Brazil’s LGPD, and others are updating theirs. Focus on public, non-personal data such as prices, listings, rankings and ads; if personal data is involved, you need a lawful basis under the laws that apply. Follow each website’s terms and the rules of the countries you work in.
ProxyEmpire proxies are for lawful use. Banking, payment and government websites are blocked by default on all products.
