Real Syrian IPs on Syrian Telecom and SamaNet
Syrian proxies on real home connections and a local mobile network. Our Syria proxies reach 8 governorates and 9 cities, from Damascus and Aleppo to Homs, Latakia and Tartus, so you can see Syria-facing, Arabic-language sites and apps the way local visitors do, with rotating or sticky sessions.
Pay per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Syria proxy type
Two ways to get a Syria IP address
Rotating residential
Home connections in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Latakia and five more Syrian cities, on Syrian Telecom and SamaNet lines. Best for price research, Arabic-language search checks and seeing Syria-facing sites as a local visitor would.
- Governorate, city, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Mobile IPs on the Syrian Telecom network across five governorates, with city targeting in Damascus, Homs, Latakia and Tartus. Best for app testing, mobile ad checks and mobile-first pages.
- Governorate, city, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Syria, so use sticky sessions to hold the same Syrian IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Syria either.
Syria at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Sites and apps built for people in Syria often behave differently for visitors from abroad. Prices, currency, the language a page opens in, which products and delivery areas appear and how fast a page loads can all depend on where a request comes from.
Home connections in Syria come from Syrian Telecom and private internet providers such as SamaNet, and phones run on the Syriatel and MTN Syria networks. A request from one of those networks in Damascus or Aleppo is what a Syria-facing service expects to see. A request from a foreign data centre is not, so the most reliable way to check what Syrian users get is to use a Syria IP address.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Capital | Damascus | One of four Syrian cities where you can target both residential and mobile IPs on our network. |
| Currency | Syrian pound (SYP), known locally as the lira; new notes since January 2026, with 1 new pound worth 100 old pounds | Check which prices a shopper in Syria is actually shown, and whether a site already displays new-pound figures or still shows old ones. |
| Language & script | Arabic, written right to left | Right-to-left layouts, Arabic fonts, ads and local search results need checking as locals see them. |
| Time zone | UTC+3 all year, with no clock changes since October 2022 | Schedule daily checks and time-limited offers on Damascus time. |
| Country domain | .sy | Syrian services such as the ride-hailing app YallaGo run on .sy addresses, which are worth testing from inside the country. |
| Mobile networks | Syriatel and MTN Syria; the MTN Syria network is being handed over to Zain Syria, with the new brand planned for early 2027 | Our mobile pool is listed under Syrian Telecom; the two mobile operators are not selectable by name at the moment. |

What our Syria proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
We would rather show real numbers than pad them. Here is exactly what you can target today, whether you run a proxy Syria-wide or pin it to one city, pulled from the same API our dashboard uses.
8 governorates
Residential IPs cover all eight, from Aleppo in the north through Homs to Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Daraa and As-Suwayda in the south, plus Latakia and Tartus on the coast. Mobile IPs cover five of them: Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Homs, Latakia and Tartus.
9 targetable cities, including Damascus and Aleppo
That is Damascus, Aleppo and Homs, the coastal cities of Latakia, Jableh and Tartus, Douma and Darayya near the capital, and Daraa in the south. On mobile, city targeting is available in four of them: Damascus, Homs, Latakia and Tartus. Anywhere else in the pool, target by governorate or by country.
Mobile network
To be plain about it: our Syrian mobile IPs are listed under one network, Syrian Telecom, the national fixed-line and internet operator, rather than under a mobile brand. Syriatel and MTN Syria, the two mobile operators, are not selectable as carriers at the moment, so if a job depends on one of them by name, check with us first.
Fixed-line ISPs
Residential IPs run on two Syrian networks: Syrian Telecom, the national fixed-line operator, and SamaNet, a private internet provider based in Damascus. It is a short list, and we would rather say so than pad it with duplicate company names.
Honest counts, real addresses. Nine cities and two networks will not suit a job that needs hundreds of different Syrian locations. They do suit what most teams need: seeing what a local visitor sees in Damascus, Aleppo and the coastal cities, testing an app on a local connection and verifying ads from a real Syrian address.
What teams use Syrian proxies for
Common workloads on our Syrian network
Marketplace price research
Track prices, stock and offers on Syrian online stores and classifieds the way a shopper in Damascus or Aleppo sees them, including whether prices appear in new or old pounds.
Local search checks
Check Arabic-language Google results, rankings and local ads for Syria from Damascus, Aleppo or Latakia instead of guessing from abroad.
Delivery & ride-hailing apps
See which restaurants, delivery fees and menu prices Beeorder shows in each city, how YallaGo rides and deliveries appear, and how both apps behave on a real local connection.
Classifieds & property data
Follow listings on Syrian property and classifieds sites to compare rents, house prices and used-car prices city by city.
Ad verification & localisation
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Syria render on the placements you paid for, and that right-to-left pages, Arabic fonts and pound prices display correctly on desktop and mobile.
App & network testing
Test how Syria-facing Android and iOS apps install, load and perform on real Syrian home and mobile connections in different cities.

Free Syria proxy lists vs paid Syrian proxies
What you actually get from a free Syria proxy
Many people searching for a Syria proxy are looking for a free proxy server or a free web proxy: a site where you paste a URL and it loads the page for you. ProxyEmpire is not one of those services, is not connected to any of them and has no free tier. We sell authenticated proxy access with Syrian IP addresses to businesses and research teams outside Syria, for use in browsers, scrapers and testing tools, and the cheapest way to try it is the $1.97 trial.
Free Syria proxy lists cost nothing, but you rarely know where the server is, who runs it or what it does with your traffic. Here is how they compare with a paid proxy in Syria.
| Free Syria proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Syrian proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres, not always in Syria | Real Syrian home connections and local mobile connections |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Detection | Usually blacklisted on major sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Governorate, city, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Syria proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Syrian proxy (بروكسي سوري)?
A Syrian proxy, or SY proxy, routes your traffic through an IP address in Syria, so websites and apps treat you as a visitor in Syria. A Syria residential proxy uses a real home connection on Syrian Telecom or SamaNet rather than a data centre, and a mobile proxy uses a local mobile connection.
How do I get a Syria IP address?
Sign up, choose Syria as the country in the dashboard and copy the endpoint into your browser or tool over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5. Every request then leaves from a real Syrian home or mobile connection, so the IP Syria-facing sites see is a local one. You can start with the $1.97 trial.
Is ProxyEmpire a free Syria proxy server?
No. ProxyEmpire is a paid, authenticated proxy service, not a free Syrian proxy server or a type-a-URL web proxy site, and it is not affiliated with any free proxy site. It is built for businesses outside Syria that need Syrian IP addresses for research and testing, and you plug the endpoints into a browser or tool, starting with a $1.97 trial.
Can I target specific Syrian governorates, cities or ISPs?
Yes. Residential proxies cover 8 governorates and 9 cities, including Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Latakia and Tartus, on Syrian Telecom and SamaNet. You can also target by ASN and OS fingerprint at no extra charge.
Do you offer Syrian mobile proxies?
Yes, in five governorates, with city targeting in Damascus, Homs, Latakia and Tartus. The mobile pool is listed under the Syrian Telecom network; Syriatel and MTN Syria are not selectable as carriers at the moment.
Do you have Syrian datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Syrian IPs. For a long-lived Syria IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile.
How much do Syrian proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. Syrian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Syrian IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same Syrian IP across requests instead of switching on every request. There is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is a free Syria proxy list good enough?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no. Free entries are slow, often flagged, may not be in Syria at all and are run by operators who may log your traffic, with no way to choose the city or network.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service and follow the rules that apply to you and to any personal data you collect.
